Mocha Biscotti

Being Italian, I consider myself a biscotti expert and I thought these were very good! It was well worth the extra steps of dividing the dough to get a biscotti that is a little special. I know I will make these again!

This cake is WONDERFUL! Very moist and flavorful. I used a cream cheese frosting instead of the frosting in the recipe. I know I will be making this every year my fig tree produces!

Southwestern Chicken Stir-Fry

Great flavor and quick to prepare after the chicken is marinaded. I added some onion and red bell pepper when I sauted the squash and served it with rice.
