Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Oh my goodness this was so good! I made it exactly as the recipe states and the chicken was so moist and flavourful with the skin having a nice bit of crispness. I only cooked one chicken so I only used half of the rub and saved the other half for the next chicken. This recipe is now a regular in my house.

Pita Chips

Oh my these are good! I will never buy pita chips again! I didn't have any chevril the first time I made them and they were still wonderful. I mixed all the seasonings together and put them in an empty spice bottle and just sprinkled them over the pita bread pieces after I had brushed the olive oil on them. When I took them out of the oven, I gave them just a little extra sprinkle of the seasonings and let them cool. They store great in a ziplock bag, but they don't really last long enough to say I stored them, we made them disappear pretty quickly! Thanks Dawn, great recipe!!

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

This recipe is insanely good!! Thank you Danielle for sharing it. It is now is a pretty bottle that sits on my counter top and I refill that bottle weekly.

Reuben Sandwich II

This is exactly how I make my Reubens and there are always requests for seconds. I don't drain my sauerkraut but merely shake off the excess brine before putting it on the sandwich. Great recipe Colette!!

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese

I have been making this Mac and Cheese dish for about eight years now and have thrown away all other Mac and Cheese recipes. Depending on what type of macaroni I have on hand that is the one I use. My husband just loves it! I omit the crumb topping though. I use skim milk, light cream cheese and low fat cheese and it is still creamy and yummy!

Chili con Carne II

This recipe truly is the best I have ever made. I haven't changed a thing and sometimes make it in my slow cooker. It is even better the next day. As well, I always make a large pot of this for the freezer.

Roasted Garlic Bread
