Ga Ga Clusters

Yummy! I made them into little clusters. Dropped some onto waxed paper, and some on Silpats ... they came off much easier on the waxed paper.

Mall Pretzels

I followed the recipe exactly and didn't have any trouble rolling out the dough. They tasted more like bread than pretzels, but still good.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

Excellent cake! I use it as the base for many birthday cakes and it always gets rave reviews. Using the cocoa instead of chocolate gives a much deeper chocolate taste.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Excellent! I did as others suggested and chilled the dough before baking and they didn't spread at all. I used a 1/2 teaspoon to make the indent so that it was even and consistent.
