Divine Meatloaf

As far as meatloaves go, this is very good. I've never been a big fan of the ketchup dressing ... but the kids love it, so its hard to complain about that.

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Awesome Awesome Awesome. Wifey didn't like the onions too much but me and the kids love it. I'll usually grab a large can of chick peas, use two thirds to make hummus and use the remained for this spread. Delicious on a toasted bagel in the morning (if not that good for your breath)

Famous Pork Chops

Came out too soggy. Probably should have removed the foil towards the end as some commenters mentioned. Probably won't be making this one again.
