To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Yummy! I only had frozen berries on hand so I used those and reduced the heat to 325 and baked them for 25-30 minutes. No problems with batter turning blue or streusal topping sinking even though I used all the topping on 9 regular sized muffins. WAY too much topping and it melted for some reason. The flavor was still DELICIOUS and these were gone quick!
