This was soooo yummy! I left out the frozen veggies and four but added fresh ingredients (green beans, carrots, celery, onion), rotisserie chicken, and kept it brothy. At the end I threw in sliced mushrooms and fresh baby spinach! Wow, soooo good, the whole family loved this (even the child that does NOT do spinach).

We are not Danish but this is a family tradition and has been through my husband's life...we searched for a recipe to be perfect and this is it! His mom gave me the pan when we got married, and we have been trying to figure out the best recipe since. 9 years and we found it! Light fluffy and delicious! you can use EVOL too, it doesn't have to be butter, that is not true! Figure out what you like...we make some with fruit inside, some without, we have all kinds of toppings for dipping (sugar, cinnamon-sugar, confectioner's sugar, maple syrup, whatever we have on-hand)...just figure out what your family likes!

this cake is soooooooo good and easy to make! I just sifted some confectioner's sugar over the top and placed on a pretty plate, sooooo good!

Cajun Sweet Dough

best pastry dough I can find, use it for all my pies and tarts now. It is terrific with meat inside for an elegant dinner, just Absolutely yummy!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

These are the only wings that I will make now, they are just like Hooters and we love them! I do my own sauce (much spicier) but use the rest of this recipe...it is yummy! I also suggest cutting only the tips off of the wings and leaving the drummy and other part attached. We like them like that better, and you won't end up with all the drummies eaten up and the other ones left over! Hooters keeps them whole.

Eggplant -- Easy, Good and Tasty

This is very good, I had to cook mine for a little longer at the lower setting to get them soft enough...they came out great! Terrific to accompany any meal.

Blueberry Drop Cookies

These cookies have become a family favorite. I started making them last year and kept forgetting to write a review. I do add extra blueberries and we just love them. They hold well and are an easy cookie to make with the little ones!

Awesome Korean Steak

YUM YUM this is SOOOO GOOD! I served in Korea and didn't try this delight as I was not eating meat at the time, what a wonderful taste to indulge in. This is phenomenal!

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

This is the BEST salad ever but after making it a few times I will say that you can do all these variations and it will be terrific but do NOT put the dressing into the fridge, leave it on the counter! It will not be good, it will get creamy and stay on the salad like PASTE. You can get the spinach (baby spinach is the best) and slice the strawberries with an egg slicer and toss ahead, in the fridge...but let the dressing sit on the counter, trust me. Then toss immediately before eating.

Chicken Tequila Fettuccini

Very rich and yummy recipe. I read the previous reviews and opted for spicier so I used 1 orange habenero pepper and it was definately spicey. Loved that, the only confusement that I have is whether or not anyone found this recipe to NOT get thick. It was not thick enough for my liking and I did add a bit of cornstarch when I felt it would thicken enough to my liking. Then, it was perfect. Very rich and yummy meal, serve the little ones before you toss the pasta into the sauce!

Fantastic Black Bean Chili

Asian Salmon

This was the very best salmon I have ever eaten, anywhere! Better than any resteraunt! Even my 3 yr old LOVES it! DO make DOUBLE the sauce though, I didn't because I thought I would see how it turned out and I wished that I had, and I will when I make it again, this time for company!!!!

Broccoli Casserole II

I included this dish for a meal that I gave to a friend that had just given birth. She loved it so much that I had to make it for us. I served it with company here and it was a instant hit again! Family favorite here. Even my 3-yr old loved it!
