Fruit Pizza II
Fantastic! The presentation was beautiful and was very impressive as a hostess gift. The taste was great too! EVERYONE LOVED IT! From little kids to grandparents! I'm known to be a "baker" in my community so something different and refreshing was most welcome! This hit the spot! p.s. I made the "Fruit Pizza" dairy free using tofutti cream cheese and omitted the orange zest since we didn't have any. I loved the look of (canned) mandarin segments.

Salmon with Lemon and Dill
Thank G-d this fish turned out delicious!!! I altered the recipe and used margarine instead, furthermore I cut up a whole head of garlic and scattered it all over. DELICIOUS! I am looking forward to serving it to our guests!

Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Rollups
My husband loved this dish! I was so so about it. I changed the recipe up a bit. I sauted onions, garlic, and the mushrooms. I used baby portebella mushrooms they are usually more flavorful. Finally i substituted soy milk for heavy cream. Presentation is indeed impressive however, the chicken tasted a bit bland to my liking.
