Barlow's Blackened Catfish
Yum! Okay, so I cooked the fish too long but let me tell you hubby and I almost ate the whole thing in one sitting!!! I did cut the cayenne pepper in half and it still was really hot. And we love hot food. Next time I'll only put 1/4 of the pepper called for. I also omitted the salt as others had suggested. This is a keeper.

Baked Whole Cauliflower
Uh, it didn't turn out quite right. The cheese didn't really melt. Not sure if it was the kind that I used or what. I did break the floretts up and place them in a shallow baking dish as recommended. Hubby gave it a thumbs down but I'm willing to try this recipe again at a later date due to all of the positive reviews. I'm giving 3 stars since I'm still gonna eat it anyway. Would've been nice if the cheese melted.

Portabella Nirvana
Yum! The only thing that I would change is reduce the about of butter. I doubled the recipe because I had 5 caps and the butter just seemed like it was way too much.
