Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
I actually didn't mind these cookies. They were okay. Not a single person in my family liked them however. Not even my young son. They all said they taste like, "Dough balls." I think the recipe might need to lay off the flour a bit.

Oven Fried Chicken III

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
This chicken is amazing! So juicy! You can't even tell mayo is in it. All I did different is use ritz crackers instead of breadcrumbs and add a bit of onion powder to the mix. I will make as a family favorite forever!

Red Hot Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
I wasn't really impressed with this recipe. It tastes like a bland sugar cookie with an awkward spicy cinnamon kick. I wouldn't recommend this unless you REALLY liked the taste of spicy cinnamon and in which case I suggest making just a cinnamon cookie.

Linguine with Scampi

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
Delish! I added a tbsp of olive oil and 2/3 cups of chicken broth to continue cooking the linguini in the sauce as suggested by another member. I also added a touch of lemon pepper as apposed to regular black pepper. It needed a bit of salt but with my additions it was easily 5 stars! I rate it a 3 1/2 without them.

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
I added 1 medium chopped onion, 2 chopped cloves of garlic, and a tbsp basil. I saute those in a pad of butter once the onions are finished I add the chicken and add a bit of brown. Then I add the entire mixture to the soups and sour cream. MMM mmm! You will love it! My family's FAVORITE meal! My husband asks for it every night.

Tilapia Scampi

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
Yummy! Needed a bit of salt but other than that it was excellent! I didn't flip them either. I cooked the fish for 35 minutes at 350, spooning the sauce over the fish 1/2 way through. Excellent!

Cheese and Broccoli Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
I added a few more spices (a bit of garlic and onion powders and some parsley) and I added a touch more of the bouillon to the water (which i boiled the chicken in.) As far as the cheese, I used about a 1 inch chunk of velveeta instead. THIS SOUP WAS AMAZING WITH MY CHANGES! My family ate it up!
