Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie
I made the recipe as is. I followed the recipe to a T, and it did not turn out. The texture was great, but the flavor was like bland pumpkin. That's it. Spices need tweaking. I think it needs to be more sugary as well. I would use white sugar, but I don't want to try this recipe again.

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
Yummy! A little bland for my tastes, but everyone else loved it! My two year old ate ALL of it. Very exciting! I made it as is, and it was perfect. Again it is not exciting, but is a comfort food and delicious.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
As is this is literally THE best sugar cookie recipe. They turn out beautiful. I frost with buttercream icing (ie confectioner's sugar, vanilla, and milk or flavored creamer, and butter.) I like thicker icing. If you let it set for an hour or two it hardens up nicely and tasted delicious. I am actually quite made right now, though. My own fault!! I've been using this recipe for years. I read a couple of reviews that suggested adding a cup of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla. The vanilla is fine, but the extra sugar is just terrible. TERRIBLE! Try the original recipe first. I just made 4 dozen cookies and am about to toss them all and start from scratch. They are hard ( I hate hard sugar cookies. You can get those anywhere. If I wanted my cookies to taste like they are from the mall, I will go to the mall and buy some.) Blech!! They have a hard layer on the bottom, and are more like disks than cookies. Not sure how people had success with it, but I did not. I have NEVER messed up cookies before... Anyway. This is an awesome recipe, and should not be changed unless one likes sugar disks. I may be spending the rest of the night baking, but it is definitely going to be worth it!!!!
