Cajun Pasta Fresca

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2012
Delicious and easy recipe! Even my kids who don't like tomatoes ate this, kind of just picking the tomatoes out. I thought it tasted fresh and it had the perfect amount of mozzerella, not too much, not too little. This is a great meatless recipe, I will be making this one again.

Oh-So-Good Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2012
This was really, really good. I used no mushrooms because I was out, I threw in some canned corn instead. On the side I served tortilla chips, and I used some really hot salsa, in fact I almost made it too hot for the kids but my husband and I loved it.

Tater Tot Taco Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2012
My husband, who is not a tater tot fan, absolutely loved this! I added olives to the top of mine and next time I will add a layer of tater tots to the top like some other reviewers did, since those were my kids favorite part of it. I wouldn't think of leaving out the onion or garlic, it had great flavor.

Cheese's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2012
Yum! I didn't add the bread crumbs to the top because I already know that my kids won't eat it that way. I also only added half of an onion, minced really well. This was a good basic mac and cheese recipe.

We loved this recipe! It came out perfect and I liked that it called for so few ingredients. I added in some cinnamon.

Mom's Warm Milk

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2012
This was nice and different. I liked the nutmeg in it. Maybe I will try cinnamon in addition to the nutmeg next time.

Creamy Chicken Bog With A Kick

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2012
This came out really great! I had to substitute carrots and celery for the bell peppers and left out the bullion cubes but otherwise followed the recipe. It even tasted great before the soup was mixed in at the end, next time I may not add the soup. Don't leave out the red pepper flakes!

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2012
Tasted great, we just thought that if you put the cheese and bacon inside the chicken it might have worked better, it all kept sliding off the chicken!

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2012
This was a good chili! The only thing I changed was that I only used about half of the tomato juice and that was perfect for the amount of meat and beans.

This was quick and easy to make, I had to make it with ground beef instead of pork but my kids enjoyed it.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2012
The chicken tasted great and was falling apart. The dumplings took an hour and a half to cook and just didn't taste that great with the chicken.

I was surprised at how much my family liked this!! The sauce made of mayo and parmesan was really good, really zingy and was delicious with the chicken and vegetables. Simple to make too!!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2012
So good!! The red pepper was a little spicy for the kids so I may cut down on it next time. We made some biscuits to go with it and had a perfect Sunday dinner!

Honey Lemon Tea

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2012
I always add lemon and honey to my tea when I have a sore throat, but I never thought of skipping the tea bag and just doing the honey and lemon. I think I actually prefer it this way! I probably added 2 or 3 tbsp of lemon juice (a whole lemon) to this though. My sore throat is feeling much better.

One Pot Pinto Beans

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2012
Great recipe! My only change was to throw a few slices of uncooked bacon in to cook with the beans. Don't leave out the red pepper, it really adds to it.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2012
We thought the flavor of the onions and garlic and bacon all sauteed together was the best part of this. Next time I would like to try it with the white wine.

Beefy Baked Ravioli

I will be making this one again because it was simple, quick, and my kids and husband all loved it. I didn't cook or thaw my raviolis before I layered them, and I added in all of my favorite spices.

Fruit, Veggie, and Tuna Salad Wrap

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2012
I had to substitute dried cranberries for the blueberries and only used 2 cups of spinach but it seemed like the ingredient proportion was just right. I especially loved the crunch and sweetness of the apple. Delicious!!
