Roasted Red Potato Salad

Reviewed: May 27, 2007
Very very good - just make sure you cook the potatoes longer. I am not sure how long I ended up cooking them but it still wasn't enough. The flavor was excellent and it was easy to make

Cornucopia

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2006
Very happy with this. I made it with my 3 and 7 year old daughters and it came out just fine. We used a disposable pizza pan like they showed in the movie on allrecipes instead of the foil. Used pizza crust and cut it in strips. Did not braid it just laid them next to eachother and connected ends. Can't wait to put it out. Thanks for the great idea.

Pumpkin Roll Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2006
Excellent. I was always envious of my sister making this in the past but thought I would try it and it was easy. Followed the recipe as is except did not add nuts. Thanks.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2003
Excellent and easy. My crockpot might run hot...but I find 8-9 hours a little too much. Probably more of a 7-8 hours on low. I also added carrots and potatoes - all in one meal that smells great to come home to!

Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2009
Excellent. Just what I was looking for!! Did a little shortcut - used Marie's Chipolte Ranch Dressing instead of making the mayo and it was excellent. Thank you!

Antipasto Squares

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
Awesome. My guests could not get enough - although I served at room temperature and they were even better warm. Did not use genoa but didn't miss it. Used olive bar roasted peppers which I think cut down on juice combined with baking bottom crust for 6 minutes as others suggested - no sogginess at all. I baked 2 and the one in the glass pan turned out better than the metal, not sure if it made a difference but an observation. These are great.

Creamy Hot Chocolate

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2007
Very good. I put it all together the night before then put it in a crockpot for my daughter's class. Simmered all day and was ready and creamy for the party. I used water, next time will probably use milk. Thanks. UPDATE: Used 1/2 skim milk and 1/2 water - just delicious. Recommend the substitute.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2002
I have to be honest. This recipe scared me! The few ingredients that you use just didn't seem to go together. I made it based on the reviews of other members and wow was I surprised! Absolutely delicious! I used a pork loin instead of tenderloin and cooked it on high for 3 1/2 hours and you could cut it with your fork it was so tender! Great and unbelievably easy recipe! Thank you!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: May 27, 2007
Excellent. Tastes just like a good popper. I used a 4 oz can of jalapenos removed most of the seeds and chopped it up. I tried the oven but it was taking too long so I ended up sticking it in the microwave and it was great. The only thing bad about this is the fat content and the fact you could eat the whole thing yourself!! Thanks for a great recipe.

Chocolate Trifle

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2007
Followed as written except cut the cool whip part down to 8 oz. Lots of oohs and ahhs, very easy. One recommendation - make sure you stir the cool whip before layering it so it spreads easier.

My 7 year old was a little nervous as I made it but loved it. It is light and very peachy. I think it would work with any yogurt. Followed recipe exactly. Thanks.
