Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2002
I have to be honest. This recipe scared me! The few ingredients that you use just didn't seem to go together. I made it based on the reviews of other members and wow was I surprised! Absolutely delicious! I used a pork loin instead of tenderloin and cooked it on high for 3 1/2 hours and you could cut it with your fork it was so tender! Great and unbelievably easy recipe! Thank you!

Crab Stuffed Flounder

Completely Awesome! I have to admit I am impressed with myself...and I owe it to the recipe. It tasted just like we were in a restaurant...even better. I substituted the saltines with a buttery round cracker and dashed in some old bay. My three year old even ate it. Thank you for a great recipe!

Delicious...impressed my guests and it was so easy. I served this with prime rib and the next night made my own cocktail sauce for shrimp - it was awesome!

Cornucopia

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2006
Very happy with this. I made it with my 3 and 7 year old daughters and it came out just fine. We used a disposable pizza pan like they showed in the movie on allrecipes instead of the foil. Used pizza crust and cut it in strips. Did not braid it just laid them next to eachother and connected ends. Can't wait to put it out. Thanks for the great idea.

Starlit Summer Smoothie

My 7 year old was a little nervous as I made it but loved it. It is light and very peachy. I think it would work with any yogurt. Followed recipe exactly. Thanks.

Sausage Brunch Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2003
Delicious and easy. I used the Jimmy Dean Maple sausage - 1 pound definitely enough - and received many compliments. I cooked the crescent crust the night before, made it so easy for me to bake and take to work in the morning. This will definitely be a standard - and I can see future substitutions of veggies, bacon or whatever.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2003
Wonderful recipe. I don't know when the last time my husband had so many compliments. I mixed sour cream with the pasta instead of using the heavy cream and topped it with the chicken and vegetables. I used Paul Perdomme (?) poultry magic on the chicken and it was awesome. I also used red, yellow and green pepper which made a great and colorful presentation. Thanks for the great recipe!

The presentation on these drinks was very cool and I had fun making them. Beware they are very sweet which limited repeat requests!

Taco Sandwich

I ended up throwing most of these out. Made it as listed and didn't add anything so maybe that was my mistake. Very bland and consistency mushy.

BBQ Sausage and Peppers

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2002
My guests reported they really liked these. The only problem I had was that the casings on the sausage did not hold well on the skewers, especially after sitting in the beer for a couple of hours. This made them a pain to make...but according the my guests well worth it.

Garlicky Appetizer Shrimp Scampi

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2006
Excellent - I read other reviews and let it marinate longer...overnight to be exact. I was very nervous because just the smell of the garlic (which I put more in) was so overwhelming I thought it would overwhelm. It didn't - we cooked them on the grill on skewers and they were great.

Screaming Potatoes

So very easy and so very delicious. I used a nonstick pan and did not get that "crunchiness" as described but we didn't miss it. My husband repeatedly said how good they were. Take the advice of the description and just try it - you will be surprised! Thank you for this recipe, this will become a staple in our house!

This was delicious. I didn't know if I should have transferred juices with the pork, I did and it was good but very messy but the juices were delicious. Either way, whatever it is...was easy and delicious and i would say the best crock pot meal I have ever made
