High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2010
AMAZING, quick, easy, delicious. So many things you can do with this, put it in the oven, put timer on and leave...no fear of leaving oven on. We have done it many ways - love it on crusty warm rolls with horseradish, au jus and swiss. I wish I could cook more meat this way! if I can, please someone let me know.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2010
This was delicious. I didn't know if I should have transferred juices with the pork, I did and it was good but very messy but the juices were delicious. Either way, whatever it is...was easy and delicious and i would say the best crock pot meal I have ever made

Pizza Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2010
I don't know what I missed here but this was not good. It tasted just like those ingredients together, did not come through as an entree. Maybe I had higher hopes, scrapping this one but appreciate you sharing

Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2009
Excellent. Just what I was looking for!! Did a little shortcut - used Marie's Chipolte Ranch Dressing instead of making the mayo and it was excellent. Thank you!

Spinach, Sausage and Cheese Bake

This was VERY good - used Ricotta instead of Cottage cheese and sauteed fresh baby spinach with onion and garlic. It was like Lasagna without the noodles. my 9 year old loved it. Definitely part of my regular mix now!

Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2008
I have to say this is the first time I have ever rated a recipe this low. I did cut back on the oil/butter and cooked on grill at 350 and they were so dry and bland that we had a couple then had to stop eating them. Sorry, would just be much better cooked right on the gril, pan or even oven.

Festive Bean Spread

Very good. Based on my sister in law's history with dips like this I added the tomotoes just before serving as some times they the dip get soggy. Really tasty.

Stuffed Hot Peppers

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
Great peppers and a big hit. I used jalapenos, sliced a "top" off longwise to make a nice pocket on the pepper. Used Jimmy Dean ground sausage and garlic powder instead of salt, just a great recipe.

White Bean Spread With Garlic & Rosemary

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
So much better than I thought, it was a big hit at the party. I prepared it early in the day and kept it in the fridge but warmed it a bit to room temp before serving. Such great flavors and so very easy (my 8 year old basically made it!). Fresh rosemary and garlic are the key.

Antipasto Squares

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
Awesome. My guests could not get enough - although I served at room temperature and they were even better warm. Did not use genoa but didn't miss it. Used olive bar roasted peppers which I think cut down on juice combined with baking bottom crust for 6 minutes as others suggested - no sogginess at all. I baked 2 and the one in the glass pan turned out better than the metal, not sure if it made a difference but an observation. These are great.
