Quick Chicken Stew

1 dish meal...great flavor and juicy chicken. I used thighs and whatever veggies we had on hand. It did get a little oily and so did not add any additional butter to it. Great with rice.

Raspberry Chocolate Torte

So good and so simple to make. Trimming the dome of the cake to be as flat as you can is key to good structure! It was gone in no time at all...definitely one to make again!

Beer Roasted Lime Chicken

very easy...doesn't make what beer (i've tried several ones). I seasoned it with some cumin, basil, salt, & pepper. My husband who doesn't like white meat thought it was very juicy.

So easy to make and there is never any leftovers. I've done it with either the sauce recipe or with bottled/store bought sauce and both comes out great.

Parmesan Chicken

Very simple recipe for people who don't have lots of time to prep dinner. I add extra seasoning to the breadcrumbs since it's a bit bland. At the end of the cooking time, I add the sauce directly into the pan and slices of cheese on top. Put cover over pan for ~1min for everything to melt. Whole family loves it.
