This was an excellent dinner! I added onion, zuchini, and some red pepper to the recipe. The more vegis not rotting in the fridge, the better :)

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2012
Love this cookie recipe!!! I have found I have to bake them longer than 10 minutes. Anywhere between 12 and 15 minutes depending on the pan. Less time for my cookie sheet, more time on my baking stone.

Healthier Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2013
I love this recipe. I too used pecans instead of walnuts...only because they were what I had in the cupboard. My father in law also said it reminded him of an apple pie his mother used to make. Keeping this as a favorite.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2013
This recipe was easy to follow. Tastes awesome and mine turned out easy to spread. Since I used all natural organic peanut butter, I added one additional tbs of milk. I do think the key was to have all ingredients at room temp. I set my microwave to auto defrost to bring my milk to room temperature...it worked like a charm :)

Ruby Drive Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2013
I tried this recipe because I was out of the canned stuff and saw some good reviews. WOW am I glad I was out of sauce. This was perfect and easy! I'm sure it was healthier too. I agree with another reviewer who suggested cooking it at least 20 minutes...not too saucy or tomato tasting. Good luck and enjoy :)

BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2014
These were awesome meatballs and I loved the stickyness of the sauce. I made as directed with one exception...I used A-1 sauce instead of liquid smoke. I wanted liquid smoke, just didn't have it in the pantry. The flavor was still amazing. I may just keep the recipe w/the A-1. We have enough to try as sandwiches tomorrow - YAY!

Crepes

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2012
I love this recipe with the changes that another reviewer said: One egg and one egg white + replace oil with melted butter. 4 stars because of the changes to the recipe that I incorporated. Love making these.

Snickerdoodle Supreme

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2012
I've never made snickerdoodles before, but these were pretty easy and turned out great. I only had butter flavored shortning, but I think it only added to the cookie flavor. The nutmeg was a bit strong, but I grated a fresh nutmeg. Overall, a very good cookie :)

Spaghetti Squash I

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2014
This was very good. My hubby didn't like the way it looked at first, then he tasted it...he also got seconds :D I only gave it four stars because my 11 year old son wasn't a fan.

White Bean Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2014
I liked this recipe but think I might add a little chili powder next time. I used all ingredients as listed. I drained the beans and corn so it wouldn't be too soupy. I also added 1C of pureed pumpkin...which thickens, adds nutrition, but doesn't change the flavor much.
