Baked Teriyaki Chicken
One of my favorite recipes when I need a tasty meal requiring no marinating time. The sauce is so thick and yummy that it easily coats each piece of chicken. I usually use party wings and chicken breast sliced into strips. It takes 30-40 minutes at 425 to bake since the size of my chicken pieces are smaller. I do double the sauce recipe but am usually left with a lot left over. I reserve some for dipping (the kids like this). For a quick meal serve this chicken with rice, steamed broccoli, and sliced tomatoes. It's a hit each time even with my 8 and 5 year olds.

Sesame Beef
Very good flavor. I was careful not to overcook the asparagus. I blanched it seperately and then added it at the last minute.

French Dip Sandwiches
Great dish! I used less soy sauce and rosemary as other suggested. I served it with "french dip" rolls from the local grocer (they were really soft which I prefer to the crunchy hard rolls). This is the perfect dish for large gatherings since it's so easy. I would cook more though since they heat as leftovers so well.
