Butternut Squash Soup II

This recipe is single-handedly responsible for making me love butternut squash. Like the other reviewers suggest, I bake the squash for an hour at 375. I omit the potatoes and celery, add a couple tsp of garlic and a pinch of curry powder, and it's AWESOME! I don't think it's bland at all. Just make sure you use a whole onion and I use that "Better Than Bouillon" stuff. Great fall recipe and such a pretty color!
