Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

The chicken was terrific. Super easy and really good. I did have to add milk to the gravy because it was REALLY thick, but after the addition of the milk everyone in my family loved the result. Thank you for sharing this one!

Rempel Family Meatloaf

This is an excellent recipe exactly as is. I have made some adjustmenets since the first go-round that I like. I use ground bison instead of beef because of the lower fat content and I use double the amount of steak sauce because I like the added flavor of the steak sauce. We use this recipe A LOT!! A big THANK YOU to Connie for posting!

Dijonnaise Chicken

I followed the advice of several other reviewers and omitted the salt and cut the olive oil in half. Also, I mixed dijon mustard with light mayonaise in a 50-50 mixture to create dijonaise. This was absolutely outstanding!

Fresh Asparagus Soup

This recipe is outstanding!! I use chicken broth instead of vegetable because I keep a big jar of broth powder in my cabinet and I use regular 1% milk instead of soy because that is what I keep in my fridge. YUMMY!!!!

The chicken had a good flavor, but the sauce cannot be called a gravy. I used 1/4 cup less water than was called for and it was still VERY runny.

Gerry's Chicken Enchiladas

Made these exactly as the recipe stated and they were fabulous!! Next time I would leave the chicken in bigger pieces while cooking in the sauce only because it was a bit difficult to fish the smaller pieces out. Overall an EXCELLENT recipe - thank you Gerry!!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Chicken Parmigiana

This recipe is excellent! I followed the suggestions of several other reviewers by adding basil, thyme, and garlic to Italian style bread crumbs. I baked the breasts on a wire cookie cooling rack on top of a jelly roll sheet and I did not add the top portion of the sauce until the chicken was completely finished. Yummy!!! And, my husband loved it!
