Armenian Pizzas (Lahmahjoon)

Made these tonight for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed them! I was able to buy fenugreek seeds at the local Indian market ("methi seeds"). We bought fresh made plain and garlic nann and used those in place of pita bread. It crisped well during cooking and was really tasty! My feta cheese did not melt during cooking. If I make this again I would take the cheese out of the fridge earlier and let it warm up some. Don't be afraid to be liberal with the lime juice - it really adds a nice kick at the end.

Onion Brunch Squares

Personally I really the caraway seeds - they give it a wonderful, vibrant flavor! I made this twice - once with bacon (yum! If I make it again I would add more bacon!) and once with just onions for a vegetarian guest. Both times I got complements (one of the times we had three bakery bought quiches, but everyone agreed they liked this better :) Both times I had leftovers. I didn't feel like it kept terribly well. If you have leftovers try to eat them in the next 24-hours. Best served hot from the oven.

Goat Cheese Stuffed Lamb Burgers

I made these and cooked them on the George Foreman, they turned out wonderful! I refrigerated the extra patties to cook later. This wasn't a mistake (exactly) but the burgers are so thick that when I tried to cook the refrigerated ones I ended up with raw on the inside, well done on the outside. I had to cut them up and put them in the microwave for a bit to cook the red parts.

Honey Mustard Stuffed Chicken Breasts

I don't cook much and was looking for simple and quick, but elegant to serve for dinner. I messed up on the cutting the chicken breasts - they were totally uneven! - but I solved it by adding extra toothpicks to keep them shut while cooking. My fiance loved it and asked me to cook it again :)

Bebop Baked Beans

I made these for Christmas and everyone loved them! I accidentally bought a honey BBQ sauce instead of smoke flavored and I was worried they might turn out too sweet, but they tasted just great. My mom asked me to make these again next holiday.
