Kabobs
SO Great! I was very nervous because of the 1/2 c honey (that's alot!) but the marinade turned out to be lovely! I only used tomato, onion and steak as we have some picky eaters in the family. We didn't have any leftovers!

Beef and Irish Stout Stew
If you're looking for an alternative to boring stew, then this is definitely the one for you. I used Killians instead of guiness, but mainly because I didn't want 5 left over guiness bottles that no one would drink. Turned out beautifully!
