THE best hashbrown casserole I've ever made...great as a midnight snack, so my husband says. Also, helps if you use gloves when combining mixture.

Easiest pie recipe ever!! I've been making this for years, but if you use a regular pie crust, it may make two pies.

Parmesan Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2012
First of all, I made 6 pork chops and didn't need extra dry mixture. It also helps if you line your baking dish with tin foil. Will definitely make again. Very easy to prepare and great flavor.

My mother said they were the best greens she had ever eaten. I think it's the pepper flakes.

I wanted more of a Sundrop Pound Cake, so I lowered the amount of milk and added 1/2 cup of Sundrop along with lemon extract. Taste was amazing and will definitely make again....soon.

Easy Mexican Casserole

first time making and no left-overs. I used rotels diced tomatoes with green chilies and substituted black bean instead of chili beans. Also, topped with extra salsa when serving....definitely a keeper.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2014
Delish!! My husband had three bowls. I only used one can of biscuits and used chicken broth instead of water, at first. After cooking a couple of hours I thought broth was a little salty, so then I added a little water. Very nice meal on a cold night.

Horseradish Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2013
My husband loves horseradish and I can take it in small doses, but this recipe, when used with creamy hr, has a great flavor. He had three for dinner. Only change is I did add a little paprika and garlic salt to mixture. Will make again very soon.
