Didn't make it as directed(which I'm sure is wonderful as well). But giving it 5 stars because of it's diversity! To use a healthier version: I sub. 1 1/2 cup egg beaters in place of the eggs, steamed fresh spinach(just becuase we had it), added very small heads of broccoli and diced celery(yummy), for the cheese mixture, I used 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 cup fat free shredded cheddar, 1/4 cup regular shredded cheddar. Added tomotatoes to the top(a must). It was GREAT! I will be trying diced ham next. Can't wait!
