Wisconsin Native's Beer Cheese Soup
This was a good recipe, I loved the subtle spiciness. I did make a few changes to it: I used vegetable broth rather than chicken and omitted the worcestershire sauce (I am a vegetarian so I just upped the salt a bit); I also ran the broth/veggie mix through the blender to incorporate the veggies better before adding the cheese mixture; I used a pound of Velveeta cheese rather than sharp cheddar & finally I added a bit more beer at the end of cooking because I found the flavor disappeared somewhat when adding it right near the beginning.

Vegetarian Nori Rolls
Maybe I'm just not a sushi person, but I couldn't stand this recipe. The nori rolled well and the tofu marinade was tasty, but other than that, I had to throw out the entire batch. The rice was too sticky and sour, and my house smelled like fish for days. Don't be discouraged by my review though, maybe if you like sushi, you'll like this.

Cherry Cheezecake
I love this recipe! I'm the only vegan in my family and everyone who tasted this thought it was great. Two people said the texture was slightly different, but I didn't notice any change(if anything it was for the better). If you don't like using the white confectioners sugar fine ground beet sugar would probably do the trick.
