Ted's Beef Stew

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
AWESOME! This is a very traditional, stick to your ribs kind of stew! Stayed true to the recipe. I did end up using less broth, so that the consistency could be what I wanted without needing the cornstarch. Cooked in a slow cooker for 6 hours on low. It was totally delicious. My husband loved it and said, "make this again". This also would be easy to freeze. Thank METAXA313 for this wonderful recipe! YUM!

Very nice! I followed this recipe and not only did it taste great, but it made the entire house smell wonderfully spicy. We will make this one again!

Squash and Zucchini Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2011
As indicated by several others, I reduced the cheese, not wanting all the fat. I really thought having a baked dish would be warm, delicious and comforting, but this wasn't the case. It was very bland. I will look for another recipe with some extra kick and flavor.

Tarragon Stuffing

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2011
OUTSTANDING! I cooked it outside the bird in a covered casserole dish and used white wine instead of sherry. Didn't have any sherry in the house. Really terrific. This would be a great side dish for any poultry meal and its a breeze to make!

Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2011
Very moist- you can cut it with a fork! Pounded the chicken first, then marinated for a day. Decided to put some breadcrumbs on the chicken before baking. It has a tangy, vinegar taste (like some barbecue sauces). Try this on top of a pile of salad greens. Yum.
