Peanut Butter Bars I
these tasted so much like reese's peanut butter cups! Per some other reviews I only used 1 stick of butter, I also added an extra 1/2 cup of peanut butter to the mixture (when I made them the 1st time I tasted more of hte graham cracker crumbs than I would have preferred) and I used milk chocolate choclate chips (the whole bag) rather than the semi-sweet ones (althought I don't think it will make difference which ones you use).

Strawberry Angel Food Dessert
My husband says this beats out any strawberry shortcake receipe that he has ever eaten and to top that this has moved to the top of the dessert list of stuff that I make (for that to beat out cinnamon chip cookies and triple chocolate cake is pretty something). Anyway, I made a few slight changes, but most of it stayed the same... I used 2 quarts of fresh strawberries -- using about 1 1/2 quarts to mix in the glaze and the other on top of the strawberry glaze mixture. I used a store bought glaze (because I didn't have a whole lot of time) that wasn't the name brand kind nor was it the generic brand and it wasn't half bad. I also ended up using about 12 oz of whipped topping and added a touch of vanilla to the cream cheese and whipped topping mixture. Thanks to TABKAT for great receipe!!

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake
This had a pretty good taste and helped liven up the usual potato dish. I took the advise of other reviewers and only did 2 tbls of butter, which I melted and added the spices to it and then poured over the potatoes and mixed. Some others said they didn't like the warm ranch dressing taste and maybe they didn't put the potatoes back in the oven for the 10 minutes after adding that and the cheese because I couldn't tell it was/used to be dressing (I think it baked into the potatoes during that time). Anyway, everyone liked them and it will be placed in the "rotation".
