Five-Minute Blueberry Pie

Excellent! I paired it with the Basic Flaky Pie Crust recipe on this site (pre-baked it empty, then filled with this filling), and this was just wonderful. In an effort to reduce white sugar and increase healthy minerals I reduced the sugar by a few tablespoons and subbed pure maple syrup. Wonderful!

Strawberry Jam

Awesome! FYI, re: Boiling over. If you add about 1/2-1 tsp of butter to it before it boils it will not froth and/or boil over. If you MUST use a vegetable oil, add coconut oil or organic olive oil, but absolutely NOT margarine, canola or any other toxic rancid oil. Btw, I added only 3 cups sugar and it was plenty, and very coarsely mashed the strawberries for more of a preserves-type feel with strawberry chunks in it (we love that).

Irene's Barbeque Sauce

Awesome! I use smoked paprika for the smoke flavor, to avoid the chemicals in the liquid smoke. I leave out the onion and Worcestershire (allergies to soy and onion) and the vegetable oil (veg oils are a processed food, thus bad for you), and use AC vinegar instead of white. I also use organic tomato paste and mustard powder, instead of prepared mustard and ketchup. I sub all of the above to taste. My family KILLS this.

French Dip Sandwiches

We had this tonight and loved it! We also subbed thyme for the oregano because that's what I had on hand. We are allergic to garlic, so I left that out, and added about 1/4 cup red wine. I slow cooked in the crock pot as well. I used my own homemade bread, and made enough roast to feed us for lunch tomorrow, too. It's all gone!
