Jambalaya
I used brown rice and cooked it separately then combined it with the vegetables and meats to which I had added about 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth. Delicious!!!

Hash Brown Casserole III
I took this a bit further and added diced green chilis and some chili powder along with chicken broth instead of the beef and it was great!!
