Oven Pot Roast
This may be the most delicious thing I have ever put in my mouth! I had a 7 bone roast (which WAS too fatty but worked fine), added seasoned salt and garlic powder (per previous reviews), deglazed the pan with white wine, tossed the whole thing in the oven and came back 3 hours later to the tenderest, most flavorful pot roast I have ever eaten....much less cooked myself! Thank you! This is going to become a regular at our house.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
Yummy and easy. I had chicken fajita mix with precut onions and bell peppers but the family was in the mood for soup. I cooked up the chicken and vegetables, cut up the cooked chicken and added it all to the pot. I didn't have any beans and I didn't drain the tomatoes (mine were Italian). Delicious!

Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes
Seeing yummy looking Zucchini cakes in the deli at my local grocery store for $1 apiece sent me in search of a recipe to protect my limited budget. This one does the trick and leaves lots of room for future adjustments. Given how much we love zucchini, these are likely to be a favorite at our house all summer long.
