so yummy! The whole family inhaled them including my picky eater. I made a few adjustments to the recipe: 1 tsp dijon mustard instead of dry, 4 small cans of Salmon instead of 1 large, 1 tsp jarred minced garlic, and dry bread crumbs instead of cracker crumbs. With the extra can of salmon I was able to get 6 salmon patties fromt eh recipe. I suted in 2 tbls olive oil + 1 tbls butter.
I made the lemon sauce suggested by other reviewers. A bit smeared on the bun with lettuce, cheese, tomato, and the patty. I will be making these again :-)
