Oven Baked Garlic and Parmesan Fries

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2011
Made these as a side dish for burgers, but they could be used on many other entrees. Will use a Ziplock bag for tossing next time and save a dirty dish. Very tasty and much healthier than other fry recipes we have tried.

Beef and Pita Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2010
Great use of leftover london broil! We halved the recipie and used up the meat from the pior night. Sauted the pita extra long and quickly heated bite sized pieces of beef. Some pieces of pita came out a little mushy but it was pretty tasty, kids didn't complain (loved the pita)

Curry Beef Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2009
Pleasantly surprised with taste - will use better cut of meat next time. Curry was not overpowering as I thought it might be. 1 out of 3 of my young kids liked it, my husband and I liked it alot. Used canned diced tomatoes and left out the celry since we had none - added 1/2 tea celry salt to subsitute. Might cut meat and veggies smaller to eat easier

Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
Excellent recipe. I didn't have whole wheat flour so I just used regular white. They were wonderful but came out to 24! Can't wait to try cherries to substitue blueberries! They were moist & delicious - not too difficult. Not sure why others had problems
