Awesome and soo simple!! I like mine more on the rare side so I sliced it thick let it marinate for about an hour then baked it for about 1.5 hrs at 200 degrees. SOOO GOOD!!!

Chicken French - Rochester, NY Style

Amazing!! My new favorite!! I changed it up just a bit because its what I had on hand. I used apple juice for the sherry and used more chicken base and butter but WOW it's good!!

Honey Roasted Chicken

Not a fan!! The chicken was very tender but I guess I was expecting crazy sweet against super spicy. But thats no what I got.The chicken was very bland and the onions were ok but I think onions when cooked are pretty sweet already. I followed the recipe exactly but I was just really disapointed with it. I won't make this one for my family again!!
