Quick and Easy Yorkshire Pudding
My first time making yorkshire puddings. This is such an easy recipe and they came out well! I substituted soy milk instead of milk because I'm allergic, and whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose to be healthier. We both enjoyed them very much. Must remember to make gravy next time - it'll only enhance the puddings. They were still good with just butter, though.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch
Wonderful guidelines for a great dish! I can't have dairy, so I used soy milk and added a cup of Daiya vegan cheddar cheese to the sauce. Worked super well. I also noted what people said about it occasionally being a bit dry, so I drizzled a little extra soy milk over the top for extra moisture. Note to self: fresh peas need to be sauteed a little longer than the onions and celery. Overall, creamy, moist and delicious. Thanks for sharing!

Blueberry Oat Muffins
Used whole wheat flour, added vanilla, doubled blueberries. Baked for 15 minutes. Wonderful recipe! Light, not too sweet, wholesome. Thanks for sharing!
