Awesome lemon bars. I follow the Better Homes and Gardens recipe usually, but hate their crust. This crust rocks. Only change I made to crust was, do NOT use softened butter. You'll want to cut the butter into the flour/confectioner sugar mixture with a pasty blender (you know for making pies). Then press the crust into the pan with your fingers. For the filling I added an egg, 1/2 cup of milk, and increased the lemon juice to 1/2 cup. The lemon bars are the best I've ever made.
