Turkey Burgers
I have never tried turkey burgers before, or for that matter ground turkey. I didn't like the consistency of the meat. Like biting into a processed turkey roll (I used Jenny-O lean turkey). Although the flavor was OK, overall I didn't care for them. One out of four in the house (my 22-year old son) did like them, but I would not make them again.

Drop Butter Cookies
Based on other reviews, I doubled this recipe. I ended up with about 2 dozen 3 inch cookies. I increased the vanilla to a full teaspoon, which is just a personal preference. I did not add any raisins, chocolate, or nuts. Just made them plain. The cookies were excellent, especially warm. My family loved them. They are buttery, cake-like, and melt in your mouth. I baked them for 6-7 minutes. Ten minutes would have resulted in burnt cookies. I will definitely make these again. Thanks for the recipe!

Snickerdoodles III
Tried this recipe because I can't find my original recipe for snicker doodles. These were not as good as ones I have made before. The recipe doesn't specify it, but you should flatten the cookie with a fork or glass bottom before baking. I had to throw the first dozen away because they came out like golf balls and they were uncooked on the inside. Flattened the rest and they came out much better, prettier too, with a crinkled edge. Even if you flatten them, they do not spread much. Make the balls on the larger side.
