Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

I found out while in the middle of cooking dinner, that I was mistaken about having Dijon mustard in the fridge, so I had to think of something.... I ended up using half regular mustard and half horseradish sauce for the dijon. Apparently it turned out awesome, because I also underestimated my time constraints and pulled it right out of the oven as I had to leave. My bf texted me and said OMG babe! The salmon is sooooo good.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Finally found a soft chocolate chip recipe! The original recipe is great, but once I tried it with chocolate pudding, it was even better. Next time I'll be using the base recipe with chocolate pudding and reeses, and if I can find a hazelnut pudding I want to try that with dark chocolate chunks. Great recipe. The possibilities with different puddings are endless.

Best Brownies

These are great! Do not rate the recipe low if you did not follow it to a T! You can see in the video how the batter and frosting should look if properly done. I doubled everything for a 9x13 pan. I stopped at 27 minutes, to make sure not to overcook as recipe instructs. My frosting was a bit dry and unspreadable, so I warmed it like a few others commented. When everything was done, yum, yum, yum! My boyfriend asked how did you get it to be cakey on the outside and more fudgey on the inside, it is so good.

I just tried this last night. I used 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp almond as others suggested. The macaroon lover of the house gave it a 6 out of 5.

Roasted Garlic Bread

Good garlic bread. I used all 3 bulbs, make sure to use plenty of olive oil and to not have naked clove touch the backing sheet, and you won't have a problem of over browning. Next time I will put the bread in the baking oven while I mix the roasted garlic into the other ingredients, and use a food processor next time. I will aso add shredded parmesan and mozarella on top of the butter when its close to being finished. Overall, it is a great flavored garlic butter, which can't be matched with garlic salt or powder.
