Cheddar Bacon Hamburgers

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2012
So yummy! I add a little Worcestershire, A-1, and liquid smoke. I make them early in the morning and then let them sit in the fridge until time to BBQ at dinner. Don't usually have a problem with them falling apart then. My family absolutely loves them too!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Topping is incredible! Made into mini muffins. Cooked about 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Just check for doneness with toothpick when it comes out clean.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2011
Absolutely delicious! Tasted great after sitting in the fridge and then eating it chilled. Chocolate chips hardened up and could really taste them. My daughter loves chocolate and went crazy over this cake.

Grilled Tri-Tip with Oregon Herb Rub

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2011
Love the rub! Used only 1 teaspoon salt instead of 1 Tbsp. Highly recommend trying this recipe! Turned out perfectly cooked following the directions.

My Daddy's Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
Told my son he wasn't allowed to drown this meatloaf in ketchup like he loves to do. He didn't miss it! He loved the gravy for this meatloaf as well as the rest of my family! I'll definitely make this again! Used a mixture of cream of onion and cream of chicken for the soup but I'm sure mushroom soup is wonderful too. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Pork Chop and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2011
YUMMY! Just the recipe I was looking for! My mom made pork chops like this when I was little and this recipe brought back great memories! If you made it just as the recipe states I am sure it would be superb! I added pepper, garlic powder to the pork chops while they were browning just to give them a little extra flavor. Also I wanted to make sure the rice wouldn't get mushy so used 1 cup regular long grain rice instead of instant and I added an extra half can of cream of chicken soup and another 1/3rd cup of milk so there would be plenty of liquid for the rice. We loved the rice that went along with the pork chops! Thank you for sharing!

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2010
My family and in laws really loved this! Made twice know. Make night before and then handy to pull out after church on Sunday morning! I cook the casserole for 45 minutes before we go to church, place it in fridge, and then soon as I get home home I popped the casserole in the oven for 30 more minutes. Very Easy! I added 3 more eggs and a little more mustard powder. Used Jimmy Dean Maple sausage and Texas Toast. Definitely going to make again and again!

Buenisimo Garlic Fries

These taste awesome but with so much Olive Oil mine came out pretty greasy. I will definitely make these again but next time cut the oil in half. Thanks for the recipe!

Buttermilk Parmesan Ranch Bread

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
This smelled so heavenly baking in the oven! Absolutely fabulous recipe! Came out super moist. I put aluminum foil on the top of the bread 15 minutes before it came out of the oven so the top wouldn't brown to much. The directions were a little confusing because it says to put sugar in water but I figured the correct directions were to put the sugar in the warm buttermilk? I agree that this is one of the best breads I ever made! Thanks for posting this recipe :)

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
These are so delicious!!! Made the chicken in the crock pot the day before and then assembled the next day. Added a little more cheese. Used eight 8 inch corn tortillas so they wouldn't become soggy. Made two batches so we could have for another meal. I highly recommend you give these a try!
