I just baked this, and if I could give it 10 stars, I would! I followed the recipe to the letter, except I made them into cornbread muffins. So easy and delicious.

Delicious. For my personal taste, I'll add a little more sugar and a full teaspoon of vanilla.

Sweet and Spicy Green Beans

Reviewed: May 24, 2013
WOW!! These are awesome. I followed the recipe with the exception of adding freshly grated ginger and sesame seeds to the soy sauce mixture. These were over the top delicious. I don't think we will be eating green beans the plain old way again.

Grandpop's Special Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2013
This is by far the best chocolate cake I have ever baked! It is VERY moist and so easy to put together. I followed the recipe to the letter, except I baked it in three nine-inch cake pans. There is no need to change a thing.

This tastes identical to Publix sweet tea! Who knew that baking soda would take care of the bitter aftertaste in homemade tea! I will forever make my sweet tea at home.

Very good. I followed the recipe to the letter, except I made it in the top of a double boiler to avoid scorching.

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2012
WOW!!! This is incredibly easy and delicious. I followed the instructions, I just executed them a little different. How I did it was in the top of a double boiler I combined the sugar, flour, cornstarch, salt, water, lemon juice and zest, and the egg yolks. I whisked all of this together constantly over medium high heat. I timed it, and seven minutes later it was very creamy and thick. No need for tempering the egg yolks. I took it off the heat and stirred in the butter. Next time I won't be using the butter because I couldn't see a difference in the taste. Oh, and my double boiler was nothing fancy. I used a large stainless steel mixing bowl and set it over a pot of simmering water. I poured this mixture into a graham cracker crust, and since I don't care for meringue, when it had cooled in the refrigerator, I topped it with cool-whip. I will be making this very often for sure.

Mock Chocolate Cookie Crust

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2012
I had to write a review of this. I was kind of skeptical about this recipe because it only had one review. I tried it and it is better than an actual Oreo cookie crust. The best part about it, is I always have the ingredients on hand. It was also very easy to put together.
