Sugar Coated Pecans

These are awesome! If I could give them ten stars, I would. The only thing I did different was to substitute the tablespoon of water with a tablespoon of vanilla. Compared to what I have paid at the flea market, and the fair, these are very inexpensive to make. You wont be disappointed.

Banana Cake VI

I don't like bananas, so I'm taking the word of everyone around me. They say it is soo good! Someone gave me a lot of bananas, so the only thing I knew to do was bake something. I followed the recipe to the letter. I took off one star because this took 2 hours to bake! Other than that, It's a homerun.

Perfect Cheesecake Everytime

This is a very easy and not to mention delicious cheesecake. I followed the recipe to the letter, with the exception of cutting back the graham cracker crumbs to one cup. That's just a personal preference, as I don't like a thick crust on cheesecake. This is the first cheesecake I've made that did not crack. The secret is not to overmix. You don't need to put a pan of hot water in the oven or anything else, just follow the recipe, and you'll have a beautiful cheesecake, with no cracks.

Asian Pork Tenderloin

This deserves TEN stars!!! I followed the recipe to the letter, only thing I did different was to let my loin marinade for 24 hours. I baked it at 325 degrees for 90 minutes. This was soo juicy and tender and delicious! I'll always make pork loin this way.

Deep Dish Brownies

These were just okay. I followed the recipe, and they were a little on the salty side. Like another reviewer said, these are more like chocolate cake; not even a good chocolate cake. Didn't taste like a brownie at all. Don't think I'll make these again.

Perfect Ten Baked Cod

This is a perfect ten recipe! I followed the recipe with the exception of the baking in two stages. I just combined the ingredients, then pressed the mixture onto seasoned cod filets, then baked at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Oh, and instead of the buttery round crackers, I used panko bread crumbs, and boy was this delicious! I served this with brown rice and steamed broccoli. This is going to be a regular in this house.

Sour Cream Blueberry Coffee Cake

This is a very delicious coffee cake. I read the reviews about the batter being hard to halve and spread. What I did was drop big spoonfuls of batter in the bottom of the greased pan, then bring the globs of batter together. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of how to halve the batter in the pan. I did the exact same thing with the other half of the batter. I had no problems with it being done this way. I took off one star because this took an hour and twenty-five minutes to bake. At the one hour mark, it wasn't baked in the center. When this had cooled slightly, it was moist, rich and buttery tasting. This really is a great and easy recipe that I will be making again.

Best Brownies

These are delicious. Not as tall as a traditional brownie, but the frosting makes up for that. They're also very rich, so I cut them small. Definitely will be making these again.

Quick and Easy Cheese Bread

This is soo good! If I could give it more stars, I would. I followed the recipe to the letter, and it came out moist and fluffy. The only thing I'll change the next time I make it, is to cut back on the sugar, but that's just a personal preference. This is outstanding just as written.
