omg. Delicious. Followed the recipe to the T and wouldn't change a thing. I was hoping there would be leftover to take to work tomorrow...but everyone gobbled up every last bite!

this was a HUGE hit in our house! Even my picky daughter ate her entire serving! I didn't have mozzarella, so I used provolone cheese instead. YUM! Will definitely be making this again!

Sweetheart Cupcakes

TY for this great technique! I made these for my daughters birthday today! She took them to school and all the kids got a huge kick out of them when they took a bite! I posted a pic of them on another website and had several people ask how it was done! I've given them all this link!! TY again!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
These came out pretty good...a little too much sour cream..next time i'll cut it down to 1/2 or 3/4 cup. The 1 cup seemed to overwhelm the flavor a bit..and I used 5 large baking potatoes. Other than that, they were a huge hit. My husband has already asked when I'll be serving them again!

G's Flank Steak Marinade

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
WONDERFUL flavor! I added a bit of Sesame Oil keeping with the whole asian theme. I let my flank steak marinate for about 24 hours and then threw it on the grill..never had flank steak taste that good..so juicy and tender! Definitely a keeper!

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
HUGE hit in our house! This is super easy to throw together and tastes great! The first night my daughter tried it, she said it tasted just like a snickers bar! The only thing I did differently was spread the chocolate/PB mix on the sandwiches first..then put the whipped cream on top of that. It helped it to spread easier!

Mexican Wontons

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2010
These came out SUPERB! I added half a can of diced chilies, chili powder and garlic powder to the cheese to give it a little extra kick! I live in S. Korea..and we don't have won ton wrappers..instead we have Lumpia Wrappers (i've never handled wonton, so don't know how it differs in taste)...I wrapped up the cheese and sealed the wrapper up with an egg/cornstarch mixture..then I froze them overnight to ensure they would stay sealed during frying..they ended up frying up beautifully! Easy to make!!

Stovetop Granola

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2010
VERY YUMMY! I live overseas and unfortunately our oven doesn't go below 350F...so I needed to find something I could cook on the stove. This turned out wonderful. I added the chopped almonds (left out cranberries), some dried banana chips, sunflower seeds and a few walnuts. SOOOO GOOD! Even my picky 2 year old can't keep his hands out of the bowl!

Potato Crunchy Tenders

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2010
these were a BIG hit with my family. I used butter flavored instant potatoes and it was great to have that hint of butter when you took a bite. My family was shocked to find out that it was instant potatoes! This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Taco Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2010
This was a big hit with my family. My husband asked me to try and tweak it a bit next time I make it, though. He suggested puttig a layer of salsa con queso dip between the meat and chips. But this recipe will definitely be added into my rotation!

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2010
I LOVE these! They are super easy to prepare. I dice up and sautee an onion instead of using the soup mix...and only use about 2-3tablespoons of mayo. They are a BIG hit in our house..and I've shared the receipe with numerous friends who have tried it and loved it as well! Thanks so much..this is definitely a keeper!!

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2010
This was a big hit in my house! The kids, not big on S&S Chicken, ate the chicken plain, like chicken nuggests. My husband and I really enjoyed this with sticky rice! We're currently stationed in Korea, so this rivaled some of the Chinese style restaurants we've been to here! I also didn't have the self rising flour, so used regular flour with a dash of salt and some corn starch. I also soaked the chicken in buttermilk for about an hour prior to breading and cooking to keep it moist during cooking.
