I know, I know, you can't really see the actual pork in this photo! But this is how we served this ...
Used fat-free cream of chicken soup, fat-free sour cream and skim milk, still got a great flavor.
Tried this with country style boneless pork ribs, and in the toaster oven.
Used green & red peppers, yellow onion and reduced fat bratwurst for a delicious, colorful meal!
Per other reviews, added plain sauteed chicken pieces, plus broccoli, carrots and celery.
