Well I have been cooking dinner for my husband for at least 6 months now. I've had some dinners that we will definitely NOT eat again, but i have had others that are zoo delis. Since I am now an official member of Allrecipes.com, I have decided to start
a blog on my own endeavors.
Last night I made Shrimp Scampi (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/shrimp-scampi-bake/detail.aspx). I decided to leave out the mustard since I am not a fan. After having completed the dish, I realized that maybe I should have just suffered through and put the
mustard in, and THEN make a decision on how it tasted. The consistency of the sauce was very thin, and I'm thinking the mustard would have made it a more creamy consistency. Other than that, I believe it was a very fine dish. Im curious to see when I eat the
leftovers for lunch if the shrimp will have more flavor since it would have been in the sauce overnight.
