Blueberry Lemon Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2010
This bread was really good. I was skeptical about only using lemon zest (i LOVE lemon) but it was plenty! Yummy and will make again during blueberry season!

Grandma Johnson's Scones

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2010
These scones were just okay to me. It really needed something. Next time I'll try orange glaze and dried cranberries. Definitely I need to add something to these scones...

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2010
The BEST blueberry muffin recipe I've made. I always add vanilla. It gives the muffin that extra umph. Other than that I follow the recipe to the tee and its delicious. I always get tons of compliments when I make these muffins and usually have to pass around the recipe. :)

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2010
Bruschetta is one of my favorite foods so I've been really wanting to try making it myself. This recipe is great! I've made it twice. I used fresh mozzerella balls and it was really yum. DO NOT USE DRIED BASIL. I tried it with dried and it was terrible. The fresh basil is wonderful and it MADE this recipe. Also I skipped on the vinegar...it was delicious without.

Holiday Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2010
I made this chicken salad as an appetizer on pita crackers. Everyone loved it. Its a great recipe and I'm looking forward to making it again. I also added some olive oil and adobo to my chicken when I cooked it and it made the salad really flavorful! I added some cayenne to kick it up.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2010
Yummmmmmm! This tastes exactly like a cinnabon! Every once in a while I get a craving for a cinnabon...what a relief to find such a great recipe! I have made this recipe twice and each time it turned out great! Its also a great recipe to do with kids :). I had to let it rise and bake for a lot longer than the recipe called for...so beware about the extra time. But it is sooooo worth it!

Coconut Ice Cream

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2010
Really really yumm! This is a great simple recipe and took me 5 minutes to prepare. I toasted the shredded coconut on my stove top and cut it in half and it was STILL a lot for me, but otherwise great! This is a keeper!
