Great site to select that dinner menu. Has videos and comments from other members on the recipes that you think you might like to make. You can store selected recipes in your Allrecipes.com Recipes Box . My daughter is thousands of miles away but uses the Allrecepies site to improve her cooking skills and create entertaining menus. She says Allrecipes.com boosts her confidence and she can cook, bake, create in confidence. That her dinner party will be perfect.

About Me
Close to retirement and planning my final years of working. Looking forward to having the time to enjoy the many things I would like to do.
My favorite things to cook
Italian, can be fast or intricate depends on what I am in the mood for.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cooking with fresh herbs. You just can't get the same flavour with dried. It doesn't take much effort as those little herb plants just love to grow. Beware of mint and parsley. Plant them in a pot in the ground or container. They are a true weed.
My cooking triumphs
The dinner I held to welcome my son-in-law and his parents to our family. Five courses without missing a heartbeat.
My cooking tragedies
Serving all the same colored food. Taste was good but presentation was embarrassing.
