Chicken Pecan Salad

The ingredients are good, but the proportions are off. It doesn't make sense to have equal parts nuts and lettuce, and 6 chicken breast halves makes chicken the main ingredient in this salad!

Greek Salad Pizza

This was very delicious. I made my crust from scratch, though, using this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Colleens-Potato-Crescent-Rolls/Detail.aspx and for some reason I had to cook it a lot longer.

Mike's Mushroom Bread

Perfect St. Patrick's Day Cake

Ohmygodsorich! Absolutely delicious, though. The only part I had issues with was the chocolate sauce at the end. It was really oily for some reason. It worked, though.

Three Chile Dry Roasted Tomatillo Salsa

Very spicy -- beware. I used a blender, not a food processor, and it worked fine. The salsa was a little less chunky than traditional salsas, but it worked.

Maria's Portuguese Bacalau

Used blue potatoes I found at the farmer's market -- very good! I only managed to soak the fish for about 16 hours before I started cooking, and it was still a little too salty, but still pretty tasty. Also, I didn't particularly like the pitted green olives I found at the grocery store -- get a different kind in the future.
