My cooking triumphs
2010 Easter brunch for 10 in a vacation house (read, very little to work with). Made eggs benedict for the first time ever with a recipe from this website. I changed it and used lox instead of Canadian bacon, with steamed asparagus on the side and fresh fruit salad all served with a crisp sauvignon blanc. Everyone loved it; I'm a legend there now.
