reallyy really good - we had it with an Indian chicken soup and even my boyfriend loved it and he usually does not like bread as a side :) I use one cup whole wheat flour (just to try and make it a little more healthy) - but i didn´t use the whole 4 1/2 cups of flour. I did add a little carbin.soda like someone suggested - and I made the ball from two pinches as well and rolled them into one ball like someone else suggested as well. I agree that the pan only needs to be med low - no way does it need to be very hot !! I put some garlic and koriander into the butter to brush the sides and it came out perfect - THANK YOU MIC :D

A to Z Everything-but-the-Kitchen-Sink Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are the perfect cookies .. i´ve made them soo many times .. with all kinds of moderations .. I always skip the mace and cloves because I don´t have them in the house .. DELICIOUS :D what I used to do is make a double tripple batch and put portions in a zip lock bag and roll it into a roll and then it´s super easy to cut them down when they are still frozen
