Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2006
My husband loved this. It was almost as creamy as an alfredo sauce but with much more flavor. I pounded the chicken because I like thin chicken. I also didn't have cream cheese with chives so I used regular cream cheese and added green onions. Thanks for the recipe.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2006
The name says it all. This is so satiny and delicious. I drizzled it on the chocolate cavity maker cake on this site. Use the mini chocolate chips and melt them in the microwave. It is so much easier. Thanks so much for the recipe.

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2006
Very good appetizer recipe. I didn't think I was going to like the raw veggies on it but I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't have broccoli so I used olives. I also used 2 cans of crescent rolls because of other reviews. I think 1 would have worked just fine though. Thanks for the tasty recipe.

Very good salad. I forgot the nuts, used raspberries and added a little fresh mint. I topped it with a balsamic vinaigarette. Delicious and healthy.

I made this for a party and it was the first thing to go. The garlic mayo mixture was so tasty. I used light mayo without a problem. Thanks for the recipe.

BLT Dip

Reviewed: May 29, 2006
So simple and tasty. My guests were asking for the recipe and were happy to hear how simple it was. The only thing I changed was adding chopped green onion. I also used light mayo and added the tomato to the mix the night before without a problem. I served this with potato chips as well as corn chips.

Sesame Noodles

Reviewed: May 22, 2006
These noodles are delicious. My husband thought they tasted better than a restaurant. The only changes I made were I added peanut butter and instead of the oil listed I used a mixture of hot garlic oil and olive oil along with the chili oil. I also used rice noodles and topped it with garlic chicken from this website. It doesn't get much better than that!

Adrienne's Tom Ka Gai

Reviewed: May 15, 2006
This is a wonderfully different soup. I've never had it before and wanted to try it. I made a few additions and changes. I added rice noodles, shrimp instead of chicken, shredded coconut, and chile sauce. I couldn't find lemon grass, so i just used the juice from half a lemon and added more bok choy. I also used low fat coconut milk. Thanks so much for this delicious recipe.

Delicious recipe. Like others I omitted the celery and celery salt. I added more peas and carrots. I also added poultry seasoning, minced garlic and thyme. I also baked the bottom pie crust for 7 minutes. Thanks for the recipe.

If you want something different than the same old chocolate or white cake, this is the cake to try. It was really good. I also used cream cheese in the icing and it came out great.

Indian Chicken Curry II

This was delicious. I didn't have 3 tbsp of curry and it still came out awesome. I added carrots and potatoes to the mix with great results. The little I had left over was even better the next day. Thanks for the recipe.

Cajun Crab Soup

Very tasty soup. I used 1 cup of light cream and 2 tblsp of butter to make it a little less fattening and it came out great. I also used a can of mexicorn instead of frozen corn. Thanks for the recipe.
