Wow! This is amazing! The only thing I left out was the cilantro because I didn't have it. We served it on an antipasto tray with grilled crusty bread and various meats and cheeses. I will be making this for all my parties. I can see this being fantastic on fresh cod or tilapia.

Lemon Square Bars

These are amazing! So easy and so delicious. I used the leftover lemons I used for making limoncello also on this site. The only thing I changed was to add a little lemon zest to the crust. Thanks so much.

This is absolutely amazing. I did change the butter to 2 tbls of olive oil for a more health conscious meal. I also added chicken chourico just because my kids love it. Thanks for the delicious recipe

Chicken Stir-Fry

Extremely tasty. The only issue I had was the "corn starched" chicken pieces. They thickened way too quickly. I had to use chicken broth to thin it out. But it was so good.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

These are to die for. I followed the recipe to the letter. The shortening gives the cookies a nice flaky texture that you don't get using just butter. These will definitely be my go to sugar cookie recipe from now on. Thanks so much.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Delish as is and a great base as well. I've added pecans, flax and chocolate chips and the bread has been awesome. I've also done half whole wheat flour half all purpose as well as half brown sugar and half white. It's also great with half butter half applesauce if you're looking to save a few calories. Oatmeal sprinkled on top gives it a good crunch as well.

This was absolutely amazing in all aspects. Easy, delicious, and affordable. I followed the recipe almost to the letter with the only exception being using feta stuffed green olives because it is what I had on hand. I will definitely be making this again really soon. Thanks for sharing.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I've wanted to try this recipe since I've seen it on here but never had. I am so happy I did though. It's awesome and delicious and can be tailored easily to your tastes. I just threw everything in the crock and let it go. My chicken was even frozen. THanks!

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

Delicious! The only thing I changed was peach preserves for the apricot. I accidentally grabbed the wrong one but it came out awesome. I also grilled it and then finished it off in the oven because I had a thick tenderloin.
