Garlic Chicken

This recipe was so easy that I couldn't believe how delicious the results were! My boyfriend says it's the best thing I have ever cooked and he is still talking about it several days later! I used the suggestion of some of the other reviewers and used plain feta, sundried tomato paste and fresh basil. It was fantastically delicious!

Cabbage Soup I

I was looking for a sweet & sour cabbage soup, so I "bumped" this one a little bit: 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar and 1/3 cup sugar in place of the citric acid and the sugar in the recipe gave the soup just the flavor I was looking for. To keep the cabbage a little crisper, don't add it until the last 1/2 hour of the cooking time. This soup is definitely better the 2nd day!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

This is my new favorite appetizer recipe. The sun-dried tomatoes and vinegar give it a special pizzazz, but, like others suggest, be careful on how much vinegar you use. Half the amount called for in the recipe is quite sufficient.
